EURUSD trading plan:
On the interbank market in London, the three-month dollar rate of Libor has renewed its historical minimum, which is negative for the American currency. The dollar has been on a downtrend for much of the last year. Traders on Tuesday sent longer-term U.S. Treasury yields to their lowest in more than a month after a report showed small business owners less confident, and narrowing the spread of a closely watched part of the yield curve. Thursday sees the policy decision by the European Central Bank, with the central bank widely expected to keep in place its ultra-loose monetary policies given the region has yet to generate inflation at anything like the levels seen across the Atlantic.
Investment idea: buy 1.2175 and take profit 1.2235.
