    Steps to deposit money:

    In the "Deposit method" tab choose "Neteller", enter the amount, currency of deposit (USD, EUR, CNY) and and press "Deposit".

    You will be automatically redirected to the web-site of Neteller payment system. Choose Neteller as the payment method. Enter your user ID, password from your account and press “Continue”.

    Payment has been completed. On this page you will see ID of the payment. To return to the web-site of FreshForex, press "Return to FreshForex".

    You can find result of top-up in the Client area – History of transactions.
    Terms of the transfer
    • 1. Minimum amount to deposit is 10 USD/10 EUR/ 300 CNY.
    • 2. Maximum amount for one-time to deposit is 10 000 USD/ 8 000 EUR/ 60 000 CNY.
    • 3. Neteller works in US dollars and Euro. The funds are converted into the currency of trading account according to the internal exchange rate of the company (rate can be found at Personal area - “Account operations” - “Internal rate”) at the time of their transfer to a trading account.

    • 1. Please note that we don't accept direct payments from your purse to our purse. In case of a direct transfer, the payment to your account is credited manually within several days from the time of sending.
