Detailed terms of the contest:

General terms.
1. Sponsor of the contest is “FreshForex” company.
2. The contest is conducted on real Master accounts of "FreshForex" company.
3. Duration of the contest is August 3 through August 30 2015.
4. Any client of FreshForex company who opened and deposited into a Master account can take part in the contest.
5. Number of participants is not limited.
6. Former and current employees of Company (as well as members of their families and close relatives), affiliated parties of Company as well employees of affiliated parties of Company (as well as members of their families and close relatives).
Registration for the contest.
1. To be qualified for participation in the contest, a client is required to do the following:
  1. Open an Investment account in “FreshForex” company either use already registered account. Check the Personal area of the company to find if you have an account.
  2. Verify the personal data in the Client area.
  3. Fund the Investment account with any amount from 100 USD / 5000 RUB / 80 EUR.
  4. Open a new Master account and fund with any amount from 100 USD / 5000 RUB / 80 EUR.
Terms of the contest
1. Participant is allowed:
  1. Register several Master accounts to increase chances for victory.
  2. Use automatic trading systems ("expert advisors").
  3. Deposit additional funds to the account.
  4. To display the account in the rating and attract additional funds of investors, a participant has a right to create public offers.
  5. Withdraw received profit and Master's reward.
2. Participant is liable to:
  1. Comply with the present rules of the contest.
  2. Close Master account in case of loss of funds.
3. In the case of violation of the present rules of the contest or upon their own decision, the sponsors of the contest reserve the right to disqualify a contestant at any moment without a prior notification and without providing a reason. For instance, the reason for disqualification can be locking positions on the accounts of one or more affiliates in order to obtain a gain on one or more accounts by losses on other accounts.
4. Sponsors of the contest have the right to modify the present rules of the contest at any time.
Defining winners and publication of the result:
1. To win, by the moment of completion of the contest a contestant is required to:
  1. Take a medal place in the Contest rating of Master accounts published on the page of the contest.
  2. Fix "Gain" index on Master account at least in the rate of 10%.
  3. Fix "Active, days" index on Master account for at least 7 days.
  4. Close at least 10 deals on Master account.
2. If a contestant does not comply with at least one condition from 4.1 clause, he/she cannot claim a prize and victory.
3. If several contestants have an equal rate of some figures, the priority is given to a contestant whose account is opened earlier.

Prize fund and rewarding procedure:

Winners are defined and rewarded within the first calendar week after the contest is over.
Prize fund of the contest is $25 000.
Number of medal places: 10.
Prize fund of the contest is distributed as below:

1st place — $10 000
2nd place — $5 000
3d place — $3 000
From 4th to 10th places — $1 000

The prize sum invested in the winner by the sponsor cannot exceed the original own funds of the Master more than 10 times. For instance, the Master took 3rd place in the competition but the first deposit into the master account is $ 200, then the company will invest $ 2 000 of the maximum amount of the stated prize $ 3000 .
If by the moment of crediting prize amount the Master account is closed either the gain on this account is negative (from the moment of defining winners), then the prize amount shall not be credited.
The prize amount is invested by sponsors of the contest in the Master account of the winners for the 1 month period (through Offer submission from the Subscriber).

The entire profit from the investment shall belong to the Master (the reward on the offer is 100%).
The Company has the right to recall prize investment immediately if:
1. Drawdown of the Master account exceeds 40%.
2. Master completes trading interval (month) with loss.
By accepting the prize amount (Offer), the winner agrees to provide the sponsor of the contest with the full information required for the interview in order to create a public report on the results of the contest.
