Technical observation
#CAC40 retraced to the supportive zone 6145.2-6063.8 but could not break below it; instead, it was rejected within the zone and for some time it traded with an increasing bullish bias. However, last week this commodity retraced for some time but I still expect a momentum to the upper side. If you picked long positions within the zone I have mentioned above, I would recommend that you remain in the trade with your take profit at 7226.1 and stop-loss at 5612.1. Should there a clear break below the supportive zone 6145.2-6063.8 with a big red candle, I expect a possible momentum to the lower side after a correction to the broken zone.

Last week the value of the commodity above declined with a big red candle and this week I expect a continuation of this bearish movement towards the supportive level 5.716 followed by a rejection at it to pick long positions with my take profit at the level 7.534 and stop-loss at 4.929. In case of a clear breakout above the line 7.534 with a big green candle, I expect a further momentum to the upper side after a correction to the broken line. On the other hand should there be a clear break below the supportive level 5.716, I expect the value of this pair to plummet towards the supportive level 3.730 or even lower.

Technical observation
The value of the commodity on the weekly chart above declined up to the supportive zone 13348.1-13106.6 but could not break below it, instead it bounced within the same zone and this week I expect a possible surge to the upper side towards the resistance level 16597.5. My advice, pick long positions within the zone mentioned above with your take profit at 16597.5 and stop-loss at 12198.0. In case of a clear breakout below the zone stated above with a big red candle, you can expect a possible rally towards the supportive level 10933.0 after a correction to the broken zone and rejection within it.
