Technical Observation:
Eur is currently trading below its weekly pivot line 1.1823 but still above a key resistance zone 1.1465-1.1713. Unless there's a clear close below 1.1713 and most importantly below 1.1465, I expect a rejection within this zone to buy Eur towards 1.2535. on the way upwards key line can be seen around 1.2010, 1.2185, and 1.2535, if these lines are broken, then the price could rise even further towards 1.2880. Should the price descend below 1.1713, then the price could drop towards 1.1465 or even lower to 1.0454
