On H1, the pivot time is 21:00, margin of error is 4 hours (one candle). Therefore, we are waiting for a turn from 16:00 to 21:00 in 1.1030 - 1.0909. The alternative comes with the breakdown of the level 1.1203. In this case, the picture changes completely and price will indicated High and turns to the south in the medium- term.
