On holidays trading involves higher risk because of low liquidity and high volatility of the market. Thus, we recommend to keep the margin level above 200%, set Stop orders for open trades and reduce the volume of positions in advance.

Besides, from December 24, 2019 through January 10, 2020 trading terms may be changed in accordance with regulatory documents of the company: spread increase, increase of orders levels and margin requirements, trading limitations on some assets, etc.

FreshForex Working Hours:

Account funding is available 24 hours a day at any time.

Processing of withdrawal requests and answering to requests via email and in the Client Area will not be executed from December 31, 2019 through January 7, 2020, except for January 3, 2020 and January 6, 2020:

  • processing of withdrawal requests from 5:00 to 14:00;
  • answering to requests from 8:00 to 17:00.
     

Client Support Service in online chat will be not available on:

  • from 22:00 December 24 to 8:00 December 25;
  • from 17:00 December 25 to 2:00 December 26;
  • from 14:00 December 31 to 4:00 January 2.
     

The company returns to regular working schedule from January 8, 2020.
