To get VIP status, Client has to fulfill the following terms:
Within a calendar month the Client's amount of deposits excluding withdrawals amount has to be more than $10 000. When calculating these amounts, the financial result (profit or loss) of trading operations and rewards (payments) of the Company in the frame of promotions are not considered;
Until a calendar month ends, Client has to send a request to the personal manager via feedback in Client Area, in which the terms of clause 1.1 was fulfilled.
Client, fulfilled clause 1 of these terms in last month, will get VIP status within 5 days of next month, status is valid until the end of the month in which it was assigned.
Example 1: If Client in February will fund the account (s) with $12 000 (for example by 3 fundings: $5 000, $3 000 and $4 000) and withdraw $1 000, the remaining amount on Client's accounts will be more $10 000 (excluding trading operations). It means that the clause 1.1 is fulfilled. In case of Client will send a request in accordance with clause 1.2, he / she gets VIP status within 5 days of March and status is valid to March 31.Example 2: If Client will fund the account with $8 000, receive $2 400 of bonus funds to "Credit" field and $2 000 of promotions' rewards to the "Balance" field, and in result of trading operations earn $3 000, he / she doesn't fulfill the clause 1.1 of these terms, because the result of trading operations and Company's rewards in frame of promotions are not considered.
To extend VIP status to the next calendar month, the summarized Balance of Client's accounts has to be more than $10 000 at the end of last month. The number of extendings is not limited. If the term for extending is not fulfilled, VIP status will remove. To get VIP status again Client has to fulfill the terms of clause 1.
Example 3: If on the results of February Client gets VIP status and funds trading account with $2 000 in March, withdraws $5 000, and on the result of trading operations earns $6 000, VIP status will extend to the April because the Balance of account is more than $10 000 (the remaining amount is $11 000 in February + $2 000 is funding in March + $6 000 is profit in March - $5 000 is withdrawing in March).
When calculating in the frame of clauses 1 and 3 of these terms, amounts on accounts in a different currency will be converted at the internal exchange rates of the company at month start. Fundings and Balance of Classic.Cent and Pro.Cent accounts are not considered.
During the validity period of the VIP status, the benefits of the promotion are available for all Client's trading accounts that are active at the time of assignment of the VIP status, excluding Classic.Cent and Pro.Cent accounts, unless otherwise provided by the terms of additional promotions.
Company reserves the right to:
Deny the Client's request to get or extend the VIP status if the personal manager can't contact Client by phone;
Deny the Client's request to get a VIP status or to provide one or more advantages of a VIP status unilaterally without giving reasons;
To change the terms and duration of the promotion at any time.
