1. The promotion is valid from May 15 to August 31, 2025.
2. The promotion is available only to new clients of the Company who register during the promotion period. Bonus Funds under the Promotion can be received only once by entering a promo code in the Client Area.
3. The promotion applies to Classic MT4, Market Pro MT4, and ECN MT4 accounts with USD or EUR as the account currency, provided they are not participating in other promotions.
4. The bonus $50 is reflected in the "Credit" field and is not available for withdrawal. During the promotion, the financial result of trades (profits and losses) is recorded only in the "Credit" field and becomes part of the bonus (hereinafter referred to as the Bonus).
5. The Bonus is valid for 14 calendar days. The client can prolong the Bonus period for additional 14 calendar days by funding the account from external sources with any amount. The number of extensions is unlimited, if the Bonus remains on the account during trading.
6. During 14 days after receiving the Bonus (or after extending its period), the Client may transfer part of the Bonus from the "Credit" field to the account "Balance," including any profit earned:
6.1. Based on the volume of closed trades at a rate of $10 per 1 closed lot. Only trades that meet the MTT and MTP parameters are counted.

6.2. The calculated amount is deducted from the "Credit" and credited to the "Balance" but cannot exceed the current amount of Funds or Bonus on the account (the lesser of the two is used).
Example:
The client received $50 and earned $50 during 14 days by completing 2 lots of trades meeting MTT and MTP parameters. The Credit is $100 ($50 + $50), and Funds are $100. After 14 days, $20 will be transferred to the Balance (2 lots * $10). The Balance becomes $20, and Credit is $0 since the bonus period expired and no deposit was made.
The client received $50, deposited $10, earned $100 over 7 days, and has a floating loss of $50. Trade volume meeting MTT and MTP is 3.5 lots. Balance is $10, Credit is $150 ($50 + $100), Funds are $110 ($10 + $150 - $50). After 14 days, $35 will be transferred to the Balance (3.5 lots * $10), and $35 will be deducted from the Credit. Balance becomes $45, Credit remains $115 as the Bonus was extended for 14 days due to the deposit, Funds remain $110.
7. Profits and deposits reflected in the "Balance" are fully available for withdrawal and can be freely used in trading. Losses are deducted from the "Credit" first, and only after the Bonus is fully lost will losses affect the "Balance."
8. Full Bonus cancellation and termination of participation in the promotion occur in the following cases:
8.1. No deposits for extension of the Bonus within 14 consecutive days from receiving the Bonus (or extension).
8.2. The full loss of the Bonus in the "Credit" field due to trading, including any profit earned, and the absence of open positions.
9. For the first withdrawal from the account, the Client should:
9.1. Verify personal information.
9.2. Make a deposit to verify payment details.
10. By participating in the promotion, the Client confirms having carefully read and fully agreed to these terms and agrees not to make any claims against the Company regarding the use of the Bonus and Balance or actions taken by the Company in accordance with these terms or the Client Agreement.
11. To prevent abuse of the promotion, the Company reserves the right to cancel granted funds, refuse to provide funds or refuse to pay out profits obtained using those funds at any time and without notice.
