How to withdraw profit under No Deposit Bonus rules?

According to promotion terms, the Client needs to save earned profit. The maximum period of company funds use is 7 calendar days; during this period the Client can save the gained profit by funding account. Deposit amount should be equal to or exceeding profit amount gained with the help of company funds.

For example, profit gained with the help of bonus funds is 0,5 ETH. To save the profit fund account with 0,5 ETH.

If you fund account with the amount less than profit amount, profit will be saved only partially: amount equal to deposit amount will be saved, the rest of the profit will be canceled. Saved profit is transferred to Credit field in the amount not exceeding 1 ETH. After that, funds in the Credit field will be available for withdrawing provided there was trade volume in the amount of 1 closed lot for 0.0010 ETH of Credit funds within 30 calendar days. Partial transfer of the profit into balance is not implemented. To transfer the profit into balance send a request to our e-mail bonus@freshforex.com.

Why was my saved profit deducted from the "Credit" field?

Saved profit was deducted from the Credit field because you created withdrawal application without fulfilling bonus conditions: After promotion account funding, funds in Credit field are available for withdrawal provided that within 30 calendar days there is 1 lot closed per each 0.0010 ETH of Credit funds. Partial transfer of the Credit funds into balance is not implemented. To transfer funds into Balance the Client needs to contact the company's manager via our e-mail bonus@freshforex.com

Saved profit is also deducted from the account, if needed trade volume is not completed within 30 calendar days from the moment of depositing or the Client fails to contact the company's manager for transferring profit into balance.

What are benefits of No Deposit Bonus?

This promotion gives new client a chance to test our trading conditions (execution, spreads, work of the trading platform) on the real account (on the real trade server). If the Client likes trading conditions, he/she can fund account and continue trading with us.

How to get No Deposit Bonus 1 ETH?

To get 1 ETH you need to register with FreshForex using special link provided on the page of the bonus. If bonus wasn't credited automatically to Credit field in your trading platform, please contact support service via our e-mail bonus@freshforex.com

Why profit is deducted after I funded account?

According to paragraph 10 of promotion terms the profit is saved in the following order:
10.1. All open trading positions are closed (if any available);
10.2. All pending orders are canceled (if any available);
10.3. The Company's funds are deducted from Credit field;
10.4 The saved profit on Promotion Account is transferred into Credit field (hereinafter “Bonus”) in the amount not exceeding Client deposit amount and 1 ETH. When the Promotion Account is funded with lesser amount, only the part of profit which is equal to the funding amount will be saved in Bonus field.

Why profit is deducted?

No Deposit Bonus is available within 7 calendar days. During this period the client can save gained profit by funding the account. If promotion account is not funded within 7 calendar days, the profit/loss saved throughout the promotion is canceled.

Where and how can I leave review about the company?

It's not necessary to leave review but if you want, you can leave it in one of these social networks: google+, facebook, twitter with #freshforex hashtag.

Why bonus is not credited?

To get Bonus 1 ETH you need to register with FreshForex using special link specified in the terms of the promotion.
Unfortunately, when you registered on the website of the Company, you did not use that link.

What amount I need to deposit to withdraw profit?

You need to fund the account with the amount equal to or exceeding profit amount you gained with the help of bonus funds. For example, profit gained with the help of bonus funds is 100 USD. To save the profit you need to fund account with 100 USD. If you fund account with the amount less than profit amount, profit will be saved only partially: amount equal to deposit amount will be saved, the rest of the profit will be canceled.
