How to get bonus of 100 USC?

To get bonus 100 USC you need to register with FreshForex via this link and open trading ProCent МetaТrader4 or ProCent МetaТrader5 account. When account is opened, company’s funds in amount of 100 US dollar cents (100 USC) will be credited to this account. If the bonus is not credited automatically to your trading account, write to support via Feedback section in your Client Area.

How to withdraw profit received with the help of the bonus?

Bonus funds along with received profit are available for trading and withdrawing under standard terms.

I got the bonus, what’s next? How to start?

To start trading, please download trading platform MetaTrader4 or МetaТrader5 and install it. Log in to the platform using account details that were sent to your email address. You can also use our tutorials: go to “Education” section> “Interactive Tutorial” and  “Webinars Forex”.  

I first opened ECN account and then ProCent account, didn’t get bonus. What should I do?

To get bonus, please write to support via Feedback section in the Client Area

It’s been more than 30 calendar days since bonus was credited. Why isn't it deducted yet?

According to paragraph 5 of promotion “Sign-up bonus 100 USC” terms – Company’s funds (100 USC) can be deducted from the account. In your case the Company hasn’t use this right, so you can continue using the bonus.

Can I transfer funds that I receive under “Sign-up bonus 100 USC” to my another account?

Yes, you can transfer these funds using “Transfer” tab in your Client Area.

Can I withdraw funds received under “Sign-up bonus 100 USC” at once?

Please note that bonus is credited to Balance field and available for withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is $5. Later you can withdraw profit received with the help of bonus funds by creating withdrawal request in the Client Area.

Should I fulfill any required trading turnover to withdraw bonus and profit?

No, you don’t need to. Bonus funds and received profit are credited to Balance field and can be withdrawn at any time without restrictions.
