Terms of Fresh Forex Affiliate Program

There are two key indicators which impact on your income: number of attracted clients and their trading volume. You earn up to $20 for every lot traded by your friends. That is up to 100% of spread. The number of clients and their accounts type also impact on your reward.

On average, a customer of FreshForex who deposited $100 makes 6 lots per month. A trader who deposited $1,000 makes over 18 lots, a customer who deposited more than $10,000 - over 100 lots. The important point is that your income does not depend on the success of your friends' trading. Only trading volume does matter.   Terms of Fresh Forex Affiliate Program
 
  1. These terms are effective from January 20 of 2015 and are not valid for the previous periods.
  2. To start working in this partnership program, you should open a partner account and activate it.
  3. You can activate a partner account in the «Personal Data» section of the Personal area. To activate it, complete the form and attach scanned pages of the document verifying your identity with a photography and the residence information. The account will be activated after our manager will check your data. It takes up to 3 working hours.
  4. FreshForex company pays a partner a monthly payment for trading operations made by attracted clients. The payment is credited to the partner account on the 5th (fifth) day of each month following the results of the previous month.
  5. The partnership program is valid for Classic, ECN and Market Pro account types.
  6. The partner's payment is credited for trading operations with all types of trading instruments specified in the 15.b clause.
  7. The basic payment unit in the affiliate program is a trading lot. For each lot traded by attracted clients, the partner receives reward up to $ 20, which depends on the number of attracted clients and a type of accounts they use. The amount of reward is listed in the Table 1.
  8. A client is considered attached if he or she opens a trading account through a partner's referral link freshforex.com either puts a partner's promotion code into the dedicated field.
  9. There are two types of clients in the FreshForex affiliate program: "Unattached clients" and "Attached clients".
    1. Clients, who were referred by a partner, but have not confirmed their personal details or/and have not made any trade complying with MTT/MTP requirements, are considered to be unattached clients. They are not accounted in the partner's status in the current month. The reward is paid only for trades complying with MTT/MTP requirements and is based on the partner's status in accountable month;
    2. Attached clients are the clients who were engaged by partner, have confirmed their personal data and made at least one trade complying with MTT/MTP requirements. They affect on the partner's status in the current month. The commission for these clients is paid for trades complying with MTT/MTP requirements and is based on the partner's status accounted in the month of attachment during 3 months. The commission from 4rd month is paid according to the least status between the status of the month of attachment and the partner's status in accountable month.
  10. According to the number of attached clients for a month, the partner receives one of four monthly statuses: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The status is assigned to the partner at the end of the calendar month and is reviewed in real-time while customers get attached to the partner. Since the beginning of the month the partner gets a new status based on the number of attached clients in a new month.
    1. «Bronze» status is given to a partner, who has 1 attached client per month.
    2. «Silver» status is given to a partner, who has 2 attached clients per month.
    3. «Gold» status is given to a partner, who has from 3 to 6 attached clients per month.
    4. «Platinum» status is given to a partner, who has 7 and more attached clients per month.
  11. According to the partner status, the client is also assigned one of four grades: «Bronze», «Silver», «Gold» or «Platinum». The client status is equivalent to the partner's status in the month of attachment. The Status is assigned to the client once and is not revised further.
  12. Starting from the 4th month after the client has been attached, the payment for the trading activity of the client is performed according to the following scheme:
    1. If the client status is higher than the current status of the partner - the payment is made according to the partner status.
    2. If the partner status is higher than the current status of the client - the payment is made according to the client status.
  13. The payments for trading of active unattached clients are made in accordance with the partner status in the current month.
  14. Every client can open several trading accounts. New accounts of the clients who have been already attracted, are accounted for the partner's payment but do not affect the partner's status.
  15. The calculation of the monthly partner’s payment includes all of the closed client’s positions that meet the following criteria:
    1. The minimum time of the transaction (MTT) — the minimum duration of the trading position (the difference between the open and close time), necessary for the calculation of the partner’s payment.More
      MTT value for all symbols on all types of accounts is 1 minute.
    2. The minimum result of the transaction in points (MTP) —the minimum gain or loss on the transaction in points (the difference between the open and close prices), necessary for the calculation of the partner remuneration. More

  16. If after the opening the partner account within 180 days there are no attracted clients, the partner account is blocked, whereas the referral link and code become no longer effective.
