The pair is the correction
We can see the downward rush.
Obviously, it has happened due to the wave 2 of [5] development wasn’t finished.
It is worth to note that due the decline the descending movement is not finished as well.
Supposedly in the near future we can expect the continuation of pair’s decline within the wave development.
