The pound stopped at the level again!
Next active movement of the bulls has been stopped by the resistance level formed so inappropriately which prevents the price to pass.
Perhaps this sudden stop is just a gathering forces to break the level.
If the assumption is correct, so we should wait for the breakthrough and the strong ascending impulse movement making the wave 3.
