Development of the wave 4 has run over time which led to the shift of the upper model.
It is also should be noted that development of an assumed wave 4 has closely approached a critical level, but as long as there is no breakthrough of this level, general scenario remains to be the same.
In the nearest time we shall expect decline associated with development of the wave 5.
