Technical Observation

As I said in my previous forecasts, GBP retraced back for the second time towards the support line 1.2747. This line acted as a key support line in April 21st 2016 and as a resistance line in December 5th 2016, now that the price is above, I expect a possible rejection from this line to the upper side towards 1.3489. On the daily c hart above, long positions seems more ideal towards 1.3489. My advice, look for long positions towards 1.3489.

Technical levels: Resistance levels

R1: 1.2941

R2: 1.3008

R3: 1.316

Pivot Point 1.2855 Support Levels

S1: 1.255

S2: 1.2703

S3: 1.2789
