Bearish trend on low-yield assets | 05 November 2019

05 November 2019, EUR/USD

EURUSD trading plan:

A bullish rally in stock markets will have a negative impact on the value of “low-yield” assets. Low-yielding assets are the Euro, the Japanese yen and gold. Investors increase long positions in stock markets and sell low-yielding assets. Low interest rates of G-20 Central Banks increase the attractiveness of investments in “high-yield” assets. Washington and Beijing said they had made progress in defusing an economically damaging trade war, with U.S. officials indicating that a deal could be signed this month. This factor provides additional support to stock markets.

Trading recommendation: Sell 1.1136 and take profit 1.1110.
