The dollar was actively strengthening, but in the past few days it ran out of gas.
Bears decided to take na advantage pushing the price down a little.
It is possible that this drop is only caused by beginning of the wave [b] of (ii)of the an assumed zigzag.
So, if this assumption is correct, in the near future we can expect the price movement in the form it is shown on the chart.
