Wave Analysis
Perfectly as previously forecasted, the impulsive wave (c) extended significantly to the lowerside and is still very bearish both on the daily charts. As long as the price remains below 110.75, we expect a possible extension of the impulsive wave (c) to the lower side but should not go beyond the 4 hour support zone 108.53-107.52. This is not to say that this zone is unbreakable, but should the price clearly drop below 107.52, then this will be an ideal place to look for a long term short position with an ultimate target at 105.35.
