Wave Analysis

During the previous trading day, euro rallied just slightly to the upperside but is yet to make any clear move to the upperside. As long as the price is contained above the weekly supportive zone 1.14595-1.16067, we expect a possible momentum to the upperside. The anticipated bullish price rally is the unfolding an impulsive wave count and should break above 1.21510 but should not go beyond 1.24910. This view can only be invalidated in case the price breaks below 1.16067, and even then, we'll wait for another break below 1.14595.
