Wave Analysis:

During the previous trading day, the impulsive wave (5) extended significantly to the upper side and is still pretty much bullish. Today and in the coming few days, we expect further extension to the upper side and should break above 1.2580 towards 1.3100. As long as the price is above the zone 1.2184-1.2240, we expect a possible acceleration to the upper side, however, should the price go below 1.2184, them we expect a possible bearish price rally but should not go below the end of the first impulsive wave (1), 1.2060. Our recommendations is that you should be interested in long positions with an ultimate target at 1.3100.
