Currently, Bitcoin’s price is not undergoing any major shifts. Buyers reacted to the recent sharp decline, but the resulting bounce was sluggish and unimpressive. This may indicate underlying weakness on the buyer’s side, suggesting the downward trend is likely to resume in an impulsive manner.
At this stage, the decline is considered the final wave of a corrective zigzag pattern. However, there’s a real possibility it could evolve into the third wave of a much larger bearish impulse.
In either case, the outlook remains bearish. Therefore, short positions continue to be the preferred strategy for capitalizing on further declines.
