Previously the US Dollar showed massive bearish momentum to the lower side,currently the price is at the lower trendline,if you are looking at this chart right now,i reccommend you look for long term buy positions towards 116.90 and could break much higher.As it is now buyers seem to have an upper hand,therefore we are buyers for now.However in case the price breaks and closes below the lower trendline,this could be a good sell place.
