On the hourly chart the observed pair shows no suspicious fluctuations.
Probably, having formed the wave i of the rising impulse, currently the pair is safely going through correction under the wave ii.
The hourly chart supposedly shows us development of a rapid upward impulse, and we can assume that correction will not be long. In the near future the upward movement will resume. long
However, to open a new Buy position, I would recommend to set a pending order buy stop to the local High and wait for response of the price
