The pair is slowly but surely is dropping.
In the future, we expect that bears will gain the speed and the price will go down in a much more cheerful paces.
Maybe it will happen soon, and then we can talk about formation of the descending impulse.
In the meantime, as long as it does not happen, you can open a Sell trade with low-risk with a good potential TP by setting Stop loss at the nearest local High in the area of 123.10
