Price has broken above the down-trend-line and has started rising quite strongly. The new short-term up-trend has a count of 98.25 which the exchange rate would be expected to reach.
The chart still has a bearish bias, however, and it is possible that there will be a resumption of the trend lower, with a break below 97.15 signalling a probable continuation down.
