Buyers seem to be finally surrendering, handing control over to the bears. Another attempt to push higher has failed — this time even before reaching the previous local high. The result was a sharp and immediate sell-off, pulling Bitcoin significantly lower.
This move appears to mark the beginning of the third wave within a bearish impulse, possibly part of a larger zigzag correction or even the early stages of a broader downward impulse. Both scenarios point to continued price depreciation. Therefore, existing short positions should be maintained, and adding to them on minor pullbacks may prove effective.
