The US Dollar is still within the falling channel formation. As long as the price remains below the upper trendline, we expect this pair to continue to loose value and should break below 109.590 but should not go below 108.840. This view can only be invalidated in case the price breaks above the upper trendline, if this is the case, then we'll wait for another break above 111.358 to pick a long term long position with an ultimate target at 112.650. If this target is broken, then further movements to the upperside is expect but should not go beyond 118.00.
