During the last trading day, the index moved slowly downward. At one point, however, buyers attempted a sudden upward breakout to test sellers’ resolve. While this caused a sharp spike, sellers quickly responded and pushed the price back down. As a result, a new local low was established, and the price may now accelerate downward, potentially forming a full impulse wave.
