The situation with the trading instrument has been evolving precisely in line with the scenario under consideration. The start of the trading week was disappointing for buyers, as the price updated its local low, but sellers failed to capitalize on their success, and the index value quickly returned to its preferred levels.
This is presumably due to the development of the corrective Wave 2 in the emerging downward impulsive movement. If this is indeed the case, we may soon see a rise that completes the formation of this correction, after which the price will plunge downward.
In this situation, cautious buying with a modest target remains a viable option.
