On the technical point of view, the shares of this company are rallying above the 194.66 handle. Since it’s just a few days that facebook has lounched this new proiduct, we expect further rose to the upperside, the anticipated bearish price rally is the continuation of the impulsive wave (iii) to the upperside and should breakout above 222.15 even higher.

Wave Analysis:
The shares of one of the greatest oil company in Russia is currently trading with an increasing bullish bias momentum. As long as the price remains above 238.61-236.17, and also above the supportive cloud formation, we expect nothing but a possible momentum to to the upperside. The idea is to wait for retracement back towards 238.61 to pick low risk buy orders with an ultimate target at 290.00 or even higher. As it is, we recommend looking for buy positions now, but conservative traders could have pending buy orders within the zone marked above.

The stocks of this company are overly in an uptrend, but as it looks on the daily charts, we’re looking for sell orders. Basically, the recent bounce from the upper trendline marks an end to the impulsive wave ( C) , that the current bearish price rally is the continuation of the corrective wave (D) but should not bfreakout below the lower trendline. The best way to trade the shares of this company to wait for a bounce from the supportive trendline to pick a long term buy.
