Detailed terms of the contest

General terms.
1. Sponsor of the contest is “FreshForex” company.
2. The contest is held on real master accounts of “FreshForex” company.
3. Duration of the contest is from November 1 (00:00:00 GMT+2) to November 28 (11:59:59 pm GMT+2) of 2014 year.
4. Any client of “FreshForex” company who opened a new Master account within the period of the contest is eligible for participating in the contest.
5. Maximum number of contestants is not limited.
6. Former and present employees of Company (members of their families and close relatives) affiliated (dependent, associated) parties of Company as well as their employees (members of their families and close relatives) are not allowed to take part in the contest.
Registration for the contest.
1. To take part in the contest, a client is required to:
  1. Open Investment account in “FreshForex” company in USD. If a client has previously registered personal area, he/she can open account in the personal area.
  2. Proceed through verification in the personal area.
  3. Deposit the amount from 300 USD / 12 000 RUB / 250 EUR to Investment account.
  4. Open Master account in one of three currencies and transfer at least 300 USD / 12 000 RUB / 250 EUR.
Terms of the contest
1. Participant is allowed:
  1. Register several Master accounts to improve chances to win.
  2. Employ automatic trading systems (“advisors”).
  3. Deposit extra funds, create offers and attract investors to increase trading volume and return on Master account.
  4. Withdraw obtained profit and reward of Master.
2. Liabilities of contestant:
  1. Comply with the rules of the present contest.
  2. Create a public offer to attract investors with “Assignment commission: 0%” and “Early withdrawal penalty: 0%”.
  3. Close Master account on the event of loss of deposit.
3. Sponsor of the contest reserve the right to disqualify contestant at any moment without a prior notification and explanation of reasons in case any violations of the present rules are revealed or on its sole discretion.
4. Sponsor has a right to change present rules of the contest at any moment.
Qualifications for winners and release of results.
1. By the moment of completion of the contest, a winning candidate is required to meet the following terms of the contest:
  1. Take a prize winning place in the Contest rating of Master accounts.
  2. Reach “Gain” index on Master account equal at least to 10%.
  3. Reach at least 7 days as the number of “Active days” on Master account.
  4. Close at least 10 trades on Master account.
2. If at least one term of 4.1 clause is not met, contestant cannot expect to take a winning place and obtain prize.
3. If the same figures are reached by one or several contestant, the contestant who was the first to register account shall be awarded primarily.
4. The information about the contest is published in the dedicated thread of forum of “FreshForex” company.

Prize fund and award.

Before December 5 of 2014 inclusive of this date, a winner is defined and prizes are provided.
Prize fund of the contest {$150 000}.
Number of prize places: {20}.
Prize fund of the contest is distributed in the following way:
1 place {50 000}
2 place {25 000}
3 place {10 000}
From {4} to {10} place {5 000}
From {11} to {20} place {3 000}
An additional nomination named “Popular master account” awards a contestant with 25% from the investment amount raised by him/her for the biggest investment amount raised from investors.
The prize amount invested by sponsor in winner shall not exceed initial capital of Master more than 10 times. Example: Master takes 3rd place, but his/her first deposit is $500. In this case, Company shall invest $5 000 from the maximum prize amount in $ 10 000.
If by the moment of credit of prize amount, Master account is closed either its gain is negative (from the moment of defining winners), prize amount will not be provided.

Prize amount is invested by sponsor to contestant Master accounts of winners for the period with duration 3 months (via submitting offer from Investor). Detailed terms of the offer

As per the offer, Master's reward from obtained profit amounts to 20% and is available for both trading and withdrawal in a full volume.
In the below cases, Company has the right to recall prize investment immediately:
1. Drawdown of Master account exceeds 40%.
2. Master closes trading interval (month) with a loss.
By accepting prize award (in the form of offer), a winner agrees to provide sponsor with required details for the interview to release the report about results of the contest.

Additional contest “Best investor”.
1. Investors who assigned funds on Master account of a winner with the total amount of more than 100 USD / 4 000 RUB / 80 EUR within the period from November 1 (from 00:00:00 GMT+2) to November 23 (11:59:59 pm GMT+2) of 2014 receive bonus in the rate of 25% from investments made by them.
2. Investors who assigned funds on winner's account within specified period, but applied for withdrawal before December 1, 2014 cannot claim for bonus.
3. Bonus is fully available for assignment to any Master account, but not available for internal transfer or withdrawal.
