Detailed terms of the contest:

General terms.
1. Sponsor of the contest is FreshForex company.
2. The contest is conducted on real Master accounts of FreshForex company.
3. Duration of the contest is from December 1 through 27 of 2015.
4. Any client of FreshForex company who opened Master account, can take part in the contest.
5. Number of participants is not limited.
6. Former and current employees of Company (as well as members of their families and close relatives), affiliated parties of Company as well employees of affiliated parties of Company (as well as members of their families and close relatives) are not allowed to take part in the contest.
Registration for the contest.
1. To take part in the contest, a client is required to:
  1. Open Investment account in FreshForex company either use already registered account. Check the Client area of the company to find if you have an Investment account.
  2. Verify personal data.
  3. Fund Investment account with any amount from 20 USD / 20 EUR.
  4. Open a new Master account in one of three offered currencies and with a further depositing into it the amount from 20 USD / 20 EUR.
Terms of the contest:
1. Participant is allowed:
  1. Register multiple Master accounts to increase chances for victory.
  2. Use automatic trading systems (Expert Advisors).
  3. Deposit additional funds into account.
2. Participant must:
  1. Comply with the present rules of the contest.
  2. Create a public offer to display account in the rating and get extra funds of investors.
  3. Close Master account in case of loss of funds.
3. Participant is prohibited from:
  1. Withdrawing funds from the participating account until results of the contest are summed up.
  2. Locking positions on accounts of one or several affiliated persons to receive gain on one or several accounts due to loss on other accounts.
4. If the present rules are violated or upon their own decision, sponsors of the contest reserve the right to disqualify a contestant at any moment without a prior notification and without providing a reason.
5. Sponsors of the contest have the right to modify the present rules of the contest at any time.
Defining winners and publication of the result
1. To win, by the moment when a contest is over, a contestant is required to:
  1. Take a medal place in the Contest rating of Master accounts published on the page of the contest.
  2. Settle "Gain" index on Master account at least in the rate of 20%.
  3. Close at least 5 days in the "Active days" figure.
  4. Close at least 10 deals on Master account.
2. If a contestant fails to meet at least one requirement listed in the 4.1 clause, he cannot claim a prize and victory.
3. If several contestants have equal rate of some figures, the priority is given to a contestant whose account is opened earlier.
Prize fund and rewarding procedure:
1. Winners are defined and rewarded within the first calendar week after the contest is over.
2. Prize fund of the contest is $2016.
3. Number of medal places: 20.
4. Prize fund of the contest is distributed as below:
  1st place — $516
  2nd place — $300
  3rd place — $200
  4 — 9th places — $100
  10 — 15th places — $50
  16 — 20th places — $20
5. Prize amount is entered in Balance and is available for trading, investing and withdrawal without limitations.
6. Prize amount cannot exceed Master's capital more than 5 times. For example, Master takes the first place in the contest, but his first deposit is $50. In this example, the winner will get $250 from the declared prize amount $516.
7. To get prize amount, a winner must contact his personal manager a request titled “Prize” within 5 trading days after the contest is over. A request must specify contest account number and account number, to which you want to enroll prize amount (except for ECN and Master accounts).
8. Prize money will be credited to the trading account number specified by a winner (on condition that this account meets the requirements of the clause 5.7) within 15 calendar days after a request is received.
9. The prize amount will be credited only if at the time of enrollment contest the account balance is not less than the amount of initial investment.
10. If the currency of the specified trading account is other than the US dollar, the prize amount is settled based on the exchange rate of the Company.
11. By accepting the prize money, a winner agrees to provide sponsors of the competition with the information required for an interview purposed to report about results of the competition. The deadline for submitting information by a winner should not exceed 2 working days after the request from the company is made, otherwise the prize will not be credited.
