Detailed terms of the promotion:

Duration of the promotion: from April 17, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
The promotion is effective for all clients of the company. This promotion gets automatically effective for the clients, who were previously switched to the “Bonus 101%” promo.
The promotion is valid for Classic and Market Pro that are not connected to "Fresh Rebate 50%".
To participate, you need:
4.1. Open Classic or Market Pro trading account either use the account you already have.
4.2. Confirm your personal data.
4.3. Link one of your trading accounts to the promotion plan in the personal area.
4.4. Deposit the amount from 100$.
Bonus is provided in the rate of 101% on the first refill of account and in the rate of 33% for deposits above 100 USD / 90 EUR in the currency of account.
1. If in the result of conversion, paying commission and other costs the deposited amount is less than the specified, bonus is not credited.
2. If net arrival of funds (all top-ups minus withdrawals) to the moment of deposit is negative, bonus is not credited.
Further transactions are not accounted as deposit (refill):
1. Deposits made prior to linking client's account to the promo;
2. Internal transfers of the funds from other account of client to the account participating in the promo;
3. Any rewards, bonuses and indemnifications provided by the company;
4. Returns of the funds in the result of cancellation of withdrawal request.
Any requests for withdrawal and internal transfers to other accounts are considered to be withdrawal under the promotion.
The maximum bonus amount provided under this promotion should not exceed 5 000 USD / 4 500 EUR.
The bonus is credited to "Credit" column and originally is not available for withdrawal, is fully available for increase of trading volume, but does not maintain account under its dropdown.
On client's request, current active bonus in the account is transferred to the "Balance" column and becomes available for withdrawal, if from the moment of bonus credit to the moment when current promo is over, trading volume of client amounts to more than 50% of the bonus amount denominated in USD. For example: there is an active bonus on the account in the amount of 100 USD. So, 100 USD, 100 USD * 50% = 50 closed lots = is the amount required for transferring bonus to "Balance". If under the promo's terms the bonus is written off, this transfer to "Balance" column is not implemented.
The bonus is fully debited from the account:
1. On the last day of the promo;
2. In case of any withdrawals from the account including internal transfer;
3. If Equity of the account gets less than the amount of current bonus (Credit) or account balance is negative;
4. If the amount of fixed and floating profit exceeds the amount of bonus from the moment it is credited;
5. If the terms for transferring bonus to the "Balance" column are met;
6. If the promotion is deactivated for client.
Bonus funds credited under this promotion are solely purposed to increase trading equity. To prevent fraudulent actions and abuse with the terms of the promo, its organizers reserve the right to reject granting bonus at any moment: to debit bonus amount, reject granting bonus or paying out the profit earned with the help of bonus amount.
The company reserves the right to retain up to 50% of reward for the clients attracted by partners and participating in this promotion.
