Technical Observation

Earlier today, BTC pulled back slightly to the lower side but is still above the SMAs. While the price is above these two SMAs, I expect nothing but a possible momentum to the upper side. On its way upwards, the key lines to look for possible bounce from 7171.60, and i case of a breakout above 7171.60, then this will be a good place to look for a long position with an ideal take profit at 8289.10. I may consider a short position should the price break below 6796.60. This being the case, I'll expect a decline towards 6031.85, conservetive traders could wait for a break below 6031.85 to pick a short position towards 5600.
